Dodge City days is under way. We went to the parade friday. I thought I was at a political rally for a while. Our illustrious gov had about a gazillion people marching like good little lib soldiers... including some familiar faces. She must have been too busy to make it herself though. Oh well, I guess it just goes to show ya... anybody can be fooled.

We are planning to take in a couple other events and then of course the rodeo on Friday after we pick up Shamus from Space Camp. We took him to Hutch yesterday. The space campers are staying in one of the dorms at the juco there. We got a little taste of what it's going to be like when he goes to college in a few years. My how the time goes by much too quickly. This is Shamus' first year of High School, Jeffy will be in Kindergarten, and Zane will be in pre school next year. Sometimes I can't believe how big the kids are getting. Here we are at the parade...




How's that for a good lookin' bunch? Zane got his hair cut really short last week, and he is a clone of me when I was that age.
