I work on the City of Louisville sewerage system, we oftentimes catch a glimpse of Elvis paddling a canoe thru the sewers but we can't never catch him, we only wade in the sewers, we don't got no boats so he always gets away before we can get a autograph or try thumping him or whatever. Last week my workmate Carl Chubber took a shotgun down with him on the off chance we'd see the King, well we did, we seen Elvis just canoeing off around a bend singing 'Old Shep' to himself, Carl upped with the gun and blew the back end off of the canoe, the noise of the gunshot was deafening down there, my ears started bleeding. Last we seen of the King he was paddling like crazy while the canoe was sinking fast, man he was in trouble, the rats was swarming round him in the water, they could probably smell the fear, Carl said he only wanted Elvis's autograph for his dog Shep.
